I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in May 2014
Interview
I applied online and was called for an in person interview 2 weeks later. the interviews were with a director and with 2 senior managers, one that I would be replacing. the 2nd sr manager interviewing me was inappropriately dressed - faded torn jeans and a shirt with a plunging neckline. the other sr manager was very professional, appropriately dressed and asked most of the questions. I was not hired, according to the recruiter who called me 3 days later, because I was "not a good fit" with the team. I think the plunging neckline woman didn't want another woman on the team.

I was asked twice why I wanted to work at United Airlines.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult decision to make, knowing the situation was a no win scenario
It was an extremely lengthy and inefficient process. I received very little feedback from the recruiting team regarding where I was at in the process, and eventually, the job fell away.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
Got interviewed in person and was advised that I’ll be updated within 2 weeks regardless of what happens but no update at all. It has been four weeks. It’s unprofessional.
