Group setting initially including a presentation by multiple United employees. Then a sit-down, one-on-one interview with another person asking more specific questions. I encourage applicants to dress nice, not casual, be polite and you the best grammar possible.

Interview
It was a fairly simple interview, consisting of 3-4 Tell me about a time' questions. Dressed properly, maintained eye contact, spoke with confidence. I was offered a tentative position as soon as I finished my interview.

Video interview. I was nervous but the interviewer made it pretty straight forward. And was easy to talk to. Not a tough interview. Make sure to give real life examples when answering questions.

The interview was virtual. The Rep was amazing so informative and kind. It didn’t feel like a regular interview. He asked questions I answered and we talked in between questions.
