The process consisted of two stages, and in the first stage I was asked to carry out a so-called “self recorded video interview,” as the recruiter put it. I've gone through similar processes before at other companies, such as Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Pepsico, and Red Bull, so it's pretty much standard in the market, whether you want it or not. The next stage was already with the recruiter, a standard one-hour technical interview, in a pleasant tone. At the end I got feedback, unfortunately negative. Concerned after reading the previous message, I wrote to the company requesting the deletion of my recordings from Hireflix, in accordance with RODO, I got confirmation from the recruiter to delete the data in accordance with the provisions of RODO. Overall quick process, I rate positively, nice people.
