Got the call through company recruitment team and scheduled my first level discussion with the hiring manager(Sr. Director) and couple of Technical discussions with the Sr. Principal engineers and one discussion with Executive architect. Before the executive architecture discussion I had to complete one Architecture assignment and present it to the stakeholder(Sr. Director , Executive Architect). which was to test the my architecting and my presentation skills. One discussion with VP who heads the Asia business and one discussion with CTO(cloud/AI) which followed HR discussion. The process took close to one month and the interview coordination and experience was good.

Two rounds technical interview: 1. Hiring manager where the first one was a no show. Was rescheduled and interview went over scheduled time 2. Consulting engineer: interview went over time. Post this was expecting a response. Requested HR to inform outcome and was promised the same. As expected ghosting once the interview was done. Disappointed with the organisation
