Unified Infotech interview questions

I had a genuinely disappointing experience with Unified Infotech’s recruitment process. I went through multiple rounds of interviews, successfully cleared all of them, and was even asked for professional references — which they verified. After that, I was told to wait for an update that never came. Despite several follow-ups over the next three months, I received either vague responses or complete silence. It’s clear this company doesn’t respect candidates’ time or effort. Holding someone for months without closure after completing all rounds is extremely unprofessional. If a candidate isn’t selected, just say so — don’t keep them hanging. This experience showed me how disorganized and careless their internal processes are. If this is how they handle hiring, I can only imagine how chaotic things must be inside the company.
