The Worst Interview Ever In my life
During my interview, there were three interviewers, and only one looked at the video camera, and the rest never looked at the screen or my presentation.
After I presented my works, there were no questions because they weren't listening or didn't understand my work, and they kept laughing about how I was excited about the role and working in Japan.
They made you so uncomfortable and unprofessional.
But that's okay at least I've experienced UltraSuperNews's interview so I can spread about how this advertising company's mindset is SUPER OLD.

Interview
I read bad reviews on here so I looked out for red flags and found them aplenty. It's clear the management are incompetent, compulsory overtime is unpaid and designers/developers are exploited.
The interview covered some very basic questions, nothing technical. I asked for details on what my role would entail, the tech stack etc which seemed to confuse the interviewer.
I passed the first interview and asked HR to confirm that they could offer the salary I required. They dodged the question and said we could discuss it after the second interview. I insisted they confirm beforehand. They responded days later saying that they were unable to answer my question currently and would be postponing my interview.
