Interview
Phone interview. The person completing the interview asked good questions and allowed for time at the end for any questions I had. Then a test. The test was not hard, but lengthy, and some of the questions were odd, and maybe not the best timing considering the current political climate. Not sure the test was needed so early in the interview process. They may want to confirm in advance with leadership on whether or not they will be flexible about qualifications.

Question 1
The test had a question along these lines, "have you ever voted for someone without knowing everything about them?" (may not be exact words, but it felt a little weird considering the upcoming election)

Interview
Phone interview with person who knew surprisingly little about the job, but told me I was a very strong candidate and would hear back from them within a few days. Crickets. For weeks. I followed up with them multiple times over those weeks, very professionally, with appropriate lengths of time in between. Crickets. Finally heard back from scheduler to schedule me for 2nd round because person #1 recommended me to move forward. Phone interview with person #2, who also lacked basic info about the position (quota, kpi's, territory, on-target earnings), but said I was just what they were looking for and I would hear back quickly to schedule an in-office interview. Crickets, again. I again followed up very professionally, multiple times, with appropriate lengths of time in between. As i write this, It's been weeks and I have not heard a thing. No worries from me though, as I concluded quite a while ago that I would not work there based upon how they treat candidates, as well as their confusing lack of knowledge about the position. BTW, I am a very qualified and experienced candidate. Save your time and interview elsewhere.
It was a fast interview process, completed in less than two weeks. There was 1 interview with HR, and 1 interview with the hiring manager. I have heard that there is sometimes a third interview with the CEO.
