As a project/programme management professional with 12+ years experience and current employment at TOP 500 Fortune banking institution, the interview by itself was quite weird for me. The interview was running Manager of Engineering Team, so main interview theme wasn't project/program expertise, it was technical and incident management related questions and situations, so during interview I started to think that this is about role where the individual should be hands on with solving infrastructure incidents by itself, while job description is purely about traditional programme manager role with technical background.
