Our sourcing strategy is one that if someone comes in for an interview and not a fit, that's communicated. However, we have employee referrals and others that are potential future hires for UTG and mark them as such in our applicant tracking system. Therefore, it's sometimes simply a matter of timing. When roles are posted, they are live, approved and ready for hire.
