Recruiter Interaction:
I received an email from the recruiter, who scheduled a 30-minute Teams call to discuss my job application. During the call, the recruiter provided insights into the role, the company's mission, benefits, and offered salary details while also inquiring about my work experience and the technologies I've worked with.
Discussion with Hiring Manager:
Following the recruiter call, I had a 45-minute Teams meeting with the hiring manager. This session mainly focused on semi-technical questions and delved into my past experiences.
Technical Challenge Assignment:
Subsequently, I received a technical challenge along with the deadline details through communication from the recruiter.
Onsite Interview Rounds:
I underwent four consecutive 45-minute interviews with different team members, each concentrating on various aspects such as architecture, front-end, back-end, and the take-home challenge. These interviews were semi-technical in nature, emphasizing my experience and the results of the online assessment. Additionally, the team members ensured that I had sufficient time at the end to pose any questions I had. Towards the end, I inquired about the next steps in the interview process and was informed about an upcoming interview with the CTO.
Feedback Session:
After the interview rounds, the recruiter provided feedback from the team, detailing the areas where my profile did not align with the role they were hiring for. Consequently, I did not proceed to the CTO call round.
Overall Impression:
My experience throughout the interview process was very positive.
