USAA Service Manager interview questions

I applied for a manager position and was declined for the role. I received an email from a sr recruiter asking if i’d be interested in a different service position to prep for a leader role. I replied saying that wouldn’t be career progression and asked for insight as to why I was denied for the manager role. She didn’t give an answer but said hiring manager asked I be brought in for an interview. I replied asking about the job and asked if I could come in to ask questions about the role since online it didn’t give much of a description in my opinion. The recruiter replied she didn’t know what I was asking but if I wanted an interview she’d schedule one. I replied and asked for the interview and gave dates and times available. Never heard back. Two days later i followed up and she replied the position was full and she would not schedule an interview but reach out if there was another class. This was from someone who shows themselves as a Senior Recruiter. Not very professional or efficient.
