There was a first interview in both languages Spanish and English (since I was applying for a position in a South American country). Followed by a "test" where they wanted to see my ability to plan and design an entire email marketing campaign for an upcoming event. Then there was a second interview with the manager, And afterward, there was no communication at all. They never let me know I would not continue in the selection process. Never replied email inquiring on the matter.
