Had 5 interview rounds where all were telephonic. The questions asked were of good level. I was able to answer most of them with ease. The company is 4+ years old and is in its expansion phase. Everyone I talked to seemed to be very polished and had talk with the team and even the VP technology who made sure I understood the roles and responsibilities and shared his excitement about a start-up. This company has some products lined up apart from fonetwish (already a success) and I hope it succeeds in all its endeavors.
