First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

apply online and after two days got a phone interview from a recruiter, ask some few questions and said someone will be contacting me regarding an interview. so later about two days , a manager from a branch called and schedule an interview. went well and later schedule an interview to meet with district manager who actually upgraded my position from teller to universal banker position

I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
