Two interviews. First one is with a recruiter. The second one is with a team of people that work on site. You might work with some of them who assist in the hiring process. I found the recruiter to be very supportive throughout the whole thing. I could tell they were inclined towards me as a candidate.

Their interviews are very straightforward. Typically a two to three round process. First with your recruiter, Then one with someone from the department. Lastly, someone or a group of people within the department. Questions are straightforward. Was able to hear back with their decision right away.

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
