Easy going. Genuinely interested and didn't feel intimidating. The interviewer was friendly and down to earth. I didn't have to interview with a lot of people, just the branch manager. It didn't take long to get a callback and was offered the position within a day.

Interview
I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
Very good. Followed professional format. Questions were well phrased. Interviewers were nice. Two rounds of interviews. Could not relocate. Excellent organization. Great leadership and structure. Virtual interviews. Good questions focusing ln strengths and weeknesses amd experoence
