I applied through university. I interviewed at U.S. Bank in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied through my university and a few weeks later I was asked to do a phone interview. This was mostly behavioral questions. Then a few weeks after that, I did a second-round interview with the manager of the group. They mostly wanted to get to know who I was and why I was interested in the group.

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
