Went through multiple interviews with hiring managers and team members, but then was completely ghosted by the recruiter, even after following up multiple times. It really left a bad impression.

Tell me about yourself and how your experience relates to this position.
Long, drawn out, no communication from HR or the hiring manager on status or feedback following panel interview. It ended up being awkward with people I deal with on a daily basis.

Interview
Formalized process, not too many rounds, recruiter was prompt in responding to me. Pretty standard, recruiter call, HM call, team interviews, and then possible offer. No crazy take home assignments or excessive interview rounds.

They asked about my experience and relevant hypothetical questions.
I interviewed with them 8 years ago. I recommend them as an employer, however they are going through a lot of changes right now and I am not sure how it will impact their future.
