Lengthy. Required to answer circumstantial/situational/hypothetical questions. Mainly in regards to hypothetical customer concerns and not so much product service knowledge. Intimidating and feels like interrogation. Excessive questioning. The interview several candidates at once right down your answers to your questions and evaluate with other managers to see who is the best qualified based on who gave the best answer

What would you do if a customer pushed back against a situation resolution that they didn’t agree on. How would you overcome XYZ situations. Who would you consult in XYZ situations.

Easy but long hiring process it took about a month after the interview to start working . It was a two part process very easy and smooth be comfortable and ready to answer questions of the past .

Very professional, loved how interactive and understanding each manager was. I felt very comfortable and was able to ask questions. The process was 2 steps and I absolutely recommend anyone to apply.
