I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Cincinnati, OH) in Oct 2013
Interview
Phone Interview w/ Recruiter, followed by Phone Interview w/ Hiring Manger, followed by In-Person Interview with Three Peers of Hiring Manager. Everyone was super welcoming, but they did not do a great job of showing me around the office during the interview process. I didn't get the opportunity to really "interview them" as much as they grilled me with questions. It would have been nice to be given a tour and shown some of the "perks" of working there. Turns out, there weren't really any office perks to show off!

What part of my past experience did I think would be most beneficial to the role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Saint Paul, MN)
Interview
Applied. Roughly a week later I received an initial vetting call from HR. She just spent some time making sure she understood the resume. After that I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager went through the job description and compared it against my resume. I was then invited for an in person interview. The interview was not particularly formal. The questions were very straight forward. "What would you do if it was late in the day, and your work wasn't done?" ... Stay later...
I received a verbal offer a few days later. The written offer didn't come through for about 3 weeks though.

Question 1
What would you do if it was late in the day, and your work wasn't done?, Really...very basic questions. The interview was more a conversation.
