In the CV you need to include your GCSE grades or the ones suitable for the position you are applying for.
Your cover letter should specify the subjects you can cover/ teach. The year up to which you can teach.
Interview is about an hour and you might be ask about the UK teaching structure or even to present a lesson or topic in 15 minutes and give examples/ exercises you think would suit the topic.
