The interview is conducted by a recruiting agency which is fair on how it conducts the interview. Its not a panel interview. They ask questions about the position applied for. You do not negotiate about salary, they tell you how much you will be paid.

the interview was short and friendly. the interviewers asked relevant questions to the job advertised. overall it was a good interview process. there was also written tests that were done on the same day before proceeding to the orals interviews where your scores in the written interview was factored in the overall scores.
