The interview process was straightforward. Met with hiring manager, followed by an interview with owner and production manager. After that I met with a team member where we discussed my portfolio and experience.

I found the posting online and applied to the hiring manager. I had a phone interview and came in to meet with a few team members. They were all very friendly and we connected right away. We talked about what they do, how they work and then focused on me. Conversation was easy and interesting.

Interview
Informal. Two phone calls with their only HR employee and one informal, in-person interview with the CEO. Met after hours with the CEO at their offices and had a discussion with him - it was really just more like a conversation to see what kind of person I am. I later learned that they specifically screen for people who they find "cool" rather than the most skilled applicants.
