Unreasonably long process, with too many tests (GMAT, attention to detail, excel) and rounds of interviews (5). Generic "we found out you are not what we are looking for" feedback at the end.

Interview
Overall, the process took many rounds of tests (GMAT, Attention to Detail, Excel) and interviews (HR, global team members, project manager, CEO) but I think this was justified at the end of the process, since the company sought to pin down a very specific profile that would fit and be complementary to the rest of the existing team and ongoing projects, besides being worth the long-term commitment with the new hire.
