I was applying for Sr. Systems Engineer positions. It took about a month the date I sent resume to the date recruiter contacted me. I honestly already forgot about it. It was phone interview first and then after couple of days f2f. Phone call took about 40 minutes. F2F about 4 hours. I had conversations with three team members with hiring manager and their IT Director. However I can tell that people I had interviews with were very professional and asked very good questions. It was my fault I couldn't answer all of them. :) But it was also good because I could see all my weaknesses. I answered the most questions though, but still wasn't hired. Good thing they notified me the next day, which is not usual for the employers these days. The HQ in Needham very look very nice, I'd like to work there.
