Just went through the first round. It was a phone interview with a couple of basic interview questions. They explained the process of the interview and what would be the next step if I move to the next round.
I didn't complete the interview process coz I got an offer from a place I liked before the process could end.

random basically nobody knows what is going on. Totally incompetent people asking irrelevant questions. It took a month to get back to me after the first telephone interview and even when I asked for one I didn't get any feedback. The salary was then much lower than then one advertised!!!

First step is a telephone interview with the recruiter. Questions are mostly basic, what education you have received, what the position is about, what do you know about Business Listing etc.
Then there is an office interview with the hiring manager. First 45 min is general interview questions and then you have a mock call
