Interview
Normally, there are two round but I ended up receiving an offer after the first round (I believe this is actually fairly common). For the most part, quite standard and fair interview process and they were quick to respond to everything. The offer came quickly and I had about a week to make a decision.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tripadvisor (Needham, MA) in May 2016
Interview
Came in for 1 interview, it went well. It was all the questions you would expect. They gave me an offer but I declined. It seemed that they needed someone to do the standard 9 to 5 and as long as you did what was expected of you, you would be fine. I am looking for more of a challenge, and to be kept consistently busy all day.
