Very painfuil process, multiple rounds and the creation of multiple decks. I went through Google's process and it was less of a pain relative to Tripadvisor.

Asked me to create two sets of detailed business plans, one holistic and the other more specific to the first quarter. Not difficult per se, but a lot of work.
