The interview process was fairly standard. I had a phone screen with HR followed by two video calls with the hiring manager. They asked about my sales experience and background. The whole process took about three weeks from start to finish.

First, you have to do a recorded interview that walks you through different scenarios and you have to show how you would handle these scenarios. You can record as many times as you want but it's fairly extensive. Once I passed that then I had to do interviews with many people. In my case it was all on zoom, thankfully. But I literally did about 7 rounds of interviews which was brutal! I was coming from a different industry, so I get they had to make sure I was the right fit, but still, it seemed a bit much.
