TriNet Accountant interview questions

I was in the process of moving from another state, so my initial interview was a phone interview. It went well and the questions weren't hard. They preferred to meet face-to-face, so I did make the 14 hour trip in order to have another interview, in which they decided to go ahead and interview me for several open or upcoming positions at that time. It was a normal interview, with good questions and good conversation about my experience, goals and what I was looking for in my job career.

It was a very pleasant experience. I was first contacted by their company recruiter from California and was given phone screen type interview of average difficulty. I was then scheduled for local face to face interview with another person. I was told the in person interview would be 90 minutes and it lasted an hour and ten minutes. There were very few technical questions. There were behavioral and supervisory skill questions. The interviewer was prompt, cordial and helped me feel at ease while still remaining professional. I was shown where offices would be, not quite a tour, but close.
