Interview
I submitted my resume based upon online posting and was called back to schedule a phone interview. That went well and then had an on-site interview in Dallas. I interviewed with several people (most of whom I already knew) . My references were checked later and we discussed starting dates.

Question 1
I knew the interviewers and therefore background questions weren't asked. We discussed the role and "perks" of working there and I fully expected I would be called back.
