Tranzaura interview questions

A recruiter got in contact with me via phone. One of the first interviews was basic questions and they moved me to the 2nd round immediately. For the 2nd interview, they sent me 2 screens to identify the problems and bring some solutions, which I did and presented, During the presentation, the CEO came with new questions and points that weren't mentioned before to adjust for a 3rd round, which was fine. After I finished the presentation, the CEO disappeared for a week and never answered my emails trying to schedule a meeting to present the changes he asked for. After 7 days I got the answer from the recruiter that I didn't pass with no feedback and no replies from the CEO whom I was in contact with. The CEO disappeared and showed a lack of professionalism that I can't remember seeing before.
