it was a fairly informal interview with a relaxed feel. they asked me questions about my specific experience and dealing with difficult situations before. we spoke about my previous projects and technologies used.
The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Transpire (Armadale, Victoria) in May 2015
Interview
I was headhunted by a recruiter and the first round interview was with the CEO, followed by a round with the Project Management team members and final round with the CEO.
The whole process was smooth and I was kept duly informed on the progress at every stage.
The offer was made immediately after the third round.
They were very accomodating with my request of an extended notice period with my current company.
