I had a phone call followed by an initial screening interview with a recruiter. It was a good session where they explained the process. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager and another Product Manager. It was a nice conversation and helped me understand more about the role. The questions were structured around product management behavior and past experiences.
The third interview was with the HR Head and it was a formal conversation. The fourth interview was with the CTO to align with the technical aspects of the product. I enjoyed this conversation and it helped me understand more about how the product works in the tech domain.
Everything moved quickly, but after the fourth interview, there was a delay of around 2 weeks. The recruiter came back and mentioned that they would go with another candidate who has more domain experience.
