I originally applied online for an open position. More than 2 months later I was contacted for a different position that matched my qualifications. Scheduled a phone interview and was called right on time. Interview lasted approximately 20 minutes. The interview consisted of mostly basic questions. I was asked to explain many of the items on my resume and discuss my customer service experience.

It was easy, about three interview stages , two were virtual and the last was an on-site interview. Oh, and one case study too. It’s wasn’t a difficult interview to scale through as long as you are confident.

The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview and when the time came did not show up. Tried to reach out to her, and she completely ghosted. Beyond unprofessional and disrespectful.
Phone Interviews with abroad branches, very friendly and informative. Afterwards a video call interview with the head of HR. Then final interview with the branch you will be working in.
