Interview
It was held by an HR Business Partner and really managed professionally. First they introduce themselves, personally and also company vise. Then, through the whole process, they listened. Who I am, what I am doing, how I decide etc.

What is the most crutial thing when it comes to the customer happines
All interviews were fair and to the point:
1. HR interview
2. Case study presentation and product interview
3. CEO interview
The case study required for me to understand the tracker behavior which was not as easy; however, all the questions were fair and reasonable. Big part covered current job responsibilities, processes, initiatives etc. Second part was the case study.

The interview was very informal and I was asked to prepare a presentation. I did not receive an offer but I was very comfortable and they also gave me an explanation that made me realise what to improve
