The interview is with the owners Joe and Nathan who co-manage the location. They ask a lot of questions about your background and what makes you a good fit for the sales position. If they like you they will require a second interview at their home office in North Carolina. You will be given some information about products and services and do role playing with the owner and a couple other managers. They want to see how well you cold call and handle a customer.
