The interview was pretty casual with their major focus being that they wanted to know my interests. They made me feel relaxed and asked me questions about my previous work experience.

They liked my creative writing. Called me up for a detailed face to face round and then told me that they will give me another set of assignment. I waited for a day and two and I get to hear that they haven't shortlisted me. They promise something and deliver nothing. Complete waste of time and energy.
