The interview process was fairly easy and simple. I was asked basic questions, such as "Tell me about yourself", and "Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult situation". The questions seemed to be geared towards the position, but I do not believe that lack of experience in the position you are applying for will result in a penalty. At the end of the interview, I asked what my next steps would be, and I was offered the position on the spot. I did end up taking the internship. One thing to keep in mind about this internship is that it is very much intended for high school to early college students. I would not recommend this interneship late into your college career, unless you have no other experience.
