      Business Development Manager Interview

      14 Nov 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tomorro in Nov 2025

      Interview

The interview with the head of sales Germany was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Communication was extremely difficult: several misunderstandings around very simple points, despite clearly phrased explanations. The same question (“Did your team even work?”) was asked multiple times in a dismissive, almost belittling way — even after I explained my previous responsibilities in detail. Many questions were repeated 3–4 times, which made the conversation feel chaotic and poorly structured. The expectation of “400 cold calls per week” was mentioned for the first time during the interview, contradicting everything communicated beforehand about the senior, strategic nature of the role. Overall, the conversation lacked professionalism, preparation, and basic respect for the candidate’s background.
