It was a group interview of about 6 people. Asked everyone the same questions one by one. Took about a month for me to get hired. Normally ask to email references after interview.

What did you do above and beyond the call of duty?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
