Interview
I walked into the store on Saturday to check if they had a specific bag and they did not have it and then asked if they were hiring and they said yes! the Manager asked if i had my resume and of course i went prepared. I was all smiles and very confident and she booked me for an interview for Tuesday. Went for the interview, it was a group interview. we were seven and i was the only one chosen. it was just one interview and i got the job.

Question 1
Where is the worst store you have shopped from and why is it your worst?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
