Walked in, asked if they were hiring and they were. Came back same day with application and spoke with the manager on the floor. He asked me questions about availibility and reliable transportation. Also the general retail questions. Got a call within that week and was offered the position with no formal interview.

Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
