I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger in Feb 2018
Interview
I was referred to the company by an employee which I thought would give me a leg up. I interviewed once over the phone with an HR representative and then again over skype with two different departments. They told me they would be in touch soon but they never got back to me. I emailed HR twice and she kept pushing back the date that she would let me know, explaining that they were still conducting interviews. Finally, after two months I emailed her for a third time asking about the status of my application. She replied back that day saying that they had filled the position with a candidate who was a closer match to their qualifications.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger
Interview
A week after sending in my application, I got a short phone interview and was invited for an interview in person with the hiring manager. It didn't felt like an interview more like a conversation and there was a very friendly and relaxed vibe.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jan 2016
Interview
Had a recruiter reach out to me personally and say to keep in touch about the interview process (which started the next semester). Then she never responded after countless follow ups.
