Firstly, I should to answer the written test about intelligent test, and then answer some question about what job I apply. 2nd, HRD Interview with some basic question. Lastly after waiting 3 hours, doing General Manager Interview with specific test questions.

The initial round with telephonic, Post that there was one on one discussion with the Reporting Manager (Japanese Expat) after clearing the 2nd round the final discussion was with TCG Parters
The interview will be conducted in two rounds:
1.Technical- Question related to Direct and Indirect tax and Compliance by Indian CA
2. HR- Here your ethics will be evaluate by Japanese directors or employee of top management
