it was the strangest interview I ever had. It was a couple interview and we were asked to fly ourselves out for a weekend. We got a tour of the property and got to ask questions followed by a dinner with the CEO. There was no formal interview, just a lot of listening to the current employees. We stayed the night and had a meal together the next day and were on our way home shortly after.
