Call to schedule and then an in person interview with hiring manager. It was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. No other comments or feedback. Did not take the offer.
The interview process was really easy. They asked me: Tell me about yourself, do you have customer service experience, what is your availability. Standard questions. Got hired on the spot.
