Pros
I thoroughly enjoyed working at Tim Horton's in Minden. The management trains you in a way that will prepare you for a fast paced, friendly and efficient environment. Your ability to work here depends on if you can take the pressure and endure through tough days that may be exhausting at times. The pro's for me would be:
- High Energy
- Friendly Staff
- Great Communication between staff members
- Great tasting coffee (stirred)
- place for the community to come and enjoy
Cons
- on the rare occasion cleanliness can be an issue, but that seems to have been much better recently!
Advice to Management
Your doing an incredible job! My advice would be to remain positive and keep doing what your doing. I believe that if your attitude is too strict it will often be negative for staff. That will then fan out to the costumers in the area. Remain positive and reinforce with encouragement rather than frustration. Thanks so much for all that you do!
