I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2022
Interview
They just sat me down and then told me I would make 16 an hour, my paycheck reflected 15.2. It was very unprofesional and the manager was 30 minutes late to the interview with no explanation.
Straightforward and simple questions like tell me about yourself, why this job and what is your greatest strength and weakness. How do you handle stressful situations? Questions may differ by location.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.
