Really isn't overly difficult in the interview process, just make sure that whatever questions are asked to you that are customer related make sure that the customer is always happy in the end. Make sure when they ask you some of your best traits that they focus around people skills/leadership/responsibility.

My interview was fast paced. I applied in person while on a visit out of my home town. Two days later I was called for the interview, after I was home. I went to the interview and it was very casual. I had two inteeviews in one day and was told I was hired after the second. I started the next day.

Interview
I sat down with the manager, she asked me why I wanted to work at Tim Hortons and tell her about myself. Very simple interview. She was doing all of the talking, discussed how training would be, etc. Overall was a very easy interview. She was speaking to me as if I got the job already. Giving me tips and tricks to make training go easier for me, etc. It was a short and sweet interview. I got called two days after to accept the position.

It was an hour long - she asked us questions as well as taught us valuable lessons
Sit one on one - sometimes with a group of 2 with the Owner of the franchises, or her daughter.
